Our customer service starts well before you walk into our store. Quality Cleaners is clean and bright—and unlike at most cleaners, there’s no chemical odor. We have a high-end air filtration system, and we use the best, most environmentally friendly cleaners and detergents on the market. Your garments won’t smell like they’ve been dry-cleaned, and neither will you!

We greet you by name when you visit. If we’re just getting to know you, we do our best to remember your name for the next time you visit. And you know us, too—you’ve met our owner, Quay, and you’ve seen Brittany and Lisa at the counter, or maybe you’ve met Donnie when he delivers your order to your home or office.

Your time is valuable. Dropping off and picking up your clothes should be fast, and it should never feel like a chore. Our in-store systems are top-notch. We scan each item and track it as it gets cleaned, dried, and assembled with the rest of your clothes. We text you when your order is ready for pickup. We constantly improve our processes to save you time and worry.
